IT IS NOT
OVER FOR YOU; DON’T GIVE UP PART2
Amb. Pat UNAJI
Key Statement: -“For the vision is yet
for an appointed time; but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it
tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry”. Habbakuk
2:3 KJV.
There are times; when we are moved by
the biological clock. You look at yourself and your age and conclude that some
promised that the Lord has made can no longer come to pass. You look at all the
environmental factors and conclude that the miracle has passed. Beloved, the
matter is not over, because the vision is for an appointed time.
Don’t ever forget the fact that a
thousand years is like a day and a day is like a thousand years. God is not
moved by your biological clock; He is moved by His word. Take a moment to think
about Joseph in the Bible; when he had the dream; where everyone bowed to him,
did he ever imagine that he would have to go into slavery and be jailed in
order for the vision to come to pass? If you were to ask Joseph about it; while
he was in prison, he would have told you that the dream could no longer come to
pass. Even when he interpreted the dream to the butler and the baker; notice
that his request was not to be introduced to the King; but to be released from
the prison. If that had happen, do you think; he would have been available when
the king had the dream?
Don’t ever try to play God. He is God
and you are not; so learn to rely on His word. If He has spoken it, He will
bring it to pass. Your part is to continually thank Him for His word; because
you know that, He has all it takes to bring it to pass.
People have made their first millions
in their sixties while some made it in their twenties. It is not about when
someone made it; it is about when God wants you to have it. Trust in God. Be
convinced that He has you in mind and indeed His mind is full of you. Understand
that He is not a man to lie, nor is He the son of man to repent.
His word is good and it will come to
pass, so don’t give up. His word never fails.
