(WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY)YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL-AMB PAT UNAJI

(WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY)YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL-AMB PAT UNAJI

KEY STATEMENT: - ‘Now we have received; not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God’’. 1 Corinthians 2:12 KJV.

When you discover the wealth hidden in the word of God, you just go to bed and your prayer language changes, knowing you can have it all. God’s kingdom is ruled by principles. The principles in God’s word; work first in you before they work for you. In order words, what you do flows from who you are. Knowing who you are is much more important than what you do. That is why, you were given the bible. The bible is given, so you can see that; there are principles that God wants you as His child to see. For instance; in spite of the recession, He wants you to see the wealth, He has lined up for you as His child.
As a believer, you can either choose to go through life by trial and error taking whatever comes your way or you can choose to discover and receive all that God has packaged for you. Settle it in your heart that God did not want you to seek Him in vain. He intends that you will see the fulfillment of the desires of your heart. He says in Revelation 3:8B – Behold I have set before thee an open door and no man can shut it. In order words, no amount of satanic manipulations will be able to stop you or your way to getting all that God has put in place for you.
Another thing lined up for you as a child of God, is His glory. Beloved, there is a glory in store for you. There is a glory that is coming upon your life that nothing can stop. When you talk about glory; you are talking about magnificence, splendor, beauty, grandeur, brilliance, honor and wealth among other things. When the glory of God comes upon a man, every area of his life is touched and affected. This is your portion, child of God. Expect it to happen. No devil can stop it. God has spoken; it must surely come to pass.

(BIBLE STUDY FOR TODAY)-GOD DOES NOT WANT YOU DEFEATED AND FRUSTRATED -Amb Pat UNAJI

GOD DOES NOT WANT YOU DEFEATED AND FRUSTRATED

-Amb Pat UNAJI

KEY STATEMENT: - ‘’ Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called, and whom he called, them he also justified; and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Romans 8:30 KJV.

What a joy it is to know that we are identified with the Most High God. I wonder most times what our lives would have been without Him. You might say; ‘you don’t know how filthy I am’’ however, that is the mystery of Christianity. In spite of our weaknesses, inadequacies, mistakes, failures, shot comings and disappointment in various ways; He still love us. You may not understand it; but, that is what makes Him who He is. Even when men cancel you out, God still says, ‘’ I love you’’. This is because He does not see you; instead He sees you in Christ Jesus, and Jesus has paid the full price for your sins, your wrongs and all your short comings. So when you rehearse this sin; He cannot identify with them because they were forgiven over two thousand years ago.

Jesus paid with His own life by death on the Cross of Calvary. Therefore, you ought to rejoice. You are not condemned in Christ Jesus. You need not be frustrated. The psalmist says, ‘’I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil (Psalm 119:162). Anytime you enter into the word; there is something the Lord wants to deposit in your life, but, many do not understand this and so have lived a life of hits and misses. They have been struggling through life for too long. Quit making such statement as, ‘’ I don’t know what will happen today, I don’t know how will my life turn out’’. God does not want your Christianity to be a frustrating experience; instead, trust Him and believe God for the best always.

1 Corinthians 2:9 says, ‘’ Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him’’. But, it has been revealed unto us by His spirit. It has been poured into your spirit; because the spirit searches all things. Tune into the spirit of God and receive the blue print that God designed for you, because He does not want you to be frustrated. He wants to show you off to the world as a life yielded to Him. That is why, He will reveal to you some unusual things, innovative ideas that no one else has discovered. So, enter the word and make new discoveries. God has your back. You cannot be frustrated.

BIBLE STUDY: GUARD YOUR HEART AMN.PAT UNAJI

BIBLE STUDY: GUARD YOUR HEART AMN.PAT UNAJI

KEY STATEMENT: - ‘’ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life’’ Proverbs 4:23 KJV.

Your mind is very critical to your existence. You must keep your mind busy and not allow it to become idle at any point. The bible says, ‘’ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out it are the issues of life’’. I like the way the message translation of the bible puts it; ‘’ Keep vigilant watch over your heart, that’s where life starts’’. You cannot afford to leave your heart fallow. Each time you keep it unoccupied; the devil invest in it. He brings to you all that you thought you have forgotten; that is why you cannot let your guard down at any time. Child of God; forget the sins of your past; that case against you was settled, a long time ago.
Your heart is also vitally important; because it determines where you are going. It is what is in your heart that your mouth speaks and it is what you say that you get. Your words are very powerful; so, refuse to say the wrong things irrespective of what is happening around you. Keep your heart busy with God’s word. Say only the right things; speak your expectations. Speak where you are going to. The Shunnamite woman said to herself; it is well, even though her child laid dead at home. In her heart, she saw the child alive and well; and so she spoke what was in her heart and not what her condition was saying to her.
Child of God, start today to think productive thoughts. The scriptures says; ‘’ finally brethren, whatsoever things are true; whatsoever things are honest; whatsoever things are pure; whatsoever things are lovely; whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, if there be any praise, think of these things’’ ( Philippians 4:8).
As you think about these things, they form pictures of good things in your heart and that is what your mouth will naturally speak about.

(TODAY'S BIBLE STUDY )=YOUR STORY WILL END IN GLORY-AMB PAT UNAJI

(TODAY'S BIBLE STUDY )=

YOUR STORY WILL END IN GLORY

-AMB PAT UNAJI

KEY STATEMENT:- ‘’ For God who commanded the light to shine out of darkness hath shine in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6.

From our text; you will notice God didn’t command light o shine out of light; rather He commanded the light to shine out of darkness. What a strange thing to do. It means that in every darkness, there is light. The fact that, it looks dark and obscure does not mean; it is the end of the story. When the devil has done his worse, then you see the beauty of God.

God is never intimidated, He is never taken aback. In the thick of the darkness; is the time God prepares to show up. That is where He flexes His muscle. He brings His supremacy to bear.

God dwells in the light which no one can approach. He is God. He is light Himself and the scriptures says, He commands light to come out of darkness. So, whatever the enemy has packaged concerning you; God is saying; that is not the end. The final word belongs to God. Whatever that has held you down; light is coming out of it; no matter the complexity of your situation, solution is coming out of it. He commands light to come out of darkness, because, He is God all by Himself. He is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the beginning and the end. He is the First and the Last.

In Hebrew 5:7-9 – when Jesus died, something new came out of His death, the new creation was born. Even in that dark, something new came forth. That is why; the scriptures says in 1 Corinthians 2:8 that – ‘’ If the prince of this world had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory’’. This is why; you should know that your situation will not end in disappointment. It will not end in disgrace. Don’t even make plans for failure, because it will not end in failure. The devil (your enemy) does not have the final word over your life.

Because Jesus Christ rose from the dead, triumphant over death, hell and the grave – know also that your story will end in glory, because God; your helper; your redeemer; your master will show up.

WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY BULLETIN: GRACE IS NOT CHEAP-Amb. Pat UNAJI

GRACE IS NOT CHEAP
KEY STATEMENT:- ‘’ For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ’’. John 1:17.
It is so easy to think that grace is cheap simply because it is undeserved, unmerited and unearned. Through grace, you get the things you don’t deserve; but, beloved, grace is not cheap. Though it is free to you, the truth is that someone paid for it.
It is also erroneous to think that since the blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed us from our sins – past, present and future – that we therefore have a license to go wild and live in sin. Grace is not a license to commit all kinds of debauchery with the impression that such acts don’t matter because God has forgiven you.
Grace stands for ‘’ God’s riches at Christ expense’’, Christ paid for everything! It would be unrighteous and unjust of God to not judge a sinner, after He said that ‘’ the soul that sinneth shall die’’. He also said ‘’ the wages of sin is death’’ (Romans 3:23, 6:23). He justified and acquitted us simply because Jesus died in our stead. If Jesus had not died; we would have still been in the bondage of sin. We would still be prisoners of sin that deserves wrath of God. If no price is paid for Grace, there can be no grace. If no price had been paid for grace to reach you, then there would be no grace. The scriptures says ‘’ for the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ (John 1:17). In other words, grace and truth are packaged together. You can’t talk about grace without truth. The reason God is extending grace to us rather than judgement and wrath is because all the anger, wrath and condemnation was borne by Jesus Christ on the cross.
The finished work on the cross by Christ released grace unto us. That is why God gives you preferential treatment. That is why; He puts you in places you don’t deserve. He takes you from the backside and puts you on the frontline – all because of grace. I pray that grace will speak for you and put you ahead of the pack in Jesus Name.

WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY: YOU ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW- Amb. PAT UNAJI

YOU ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW
KEY STATEMENT: - ‘’ for the law was given by Moses; but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ’’. John 1:17 KJV.
For too long believers have been consumed with concerns about the law; many Christians today mix the law and grace together. We are quick to tell people to confess their sins to be saved; then we quote, ‘’ by grace ye are saved’’ (Ephesians 2:5). The question is, what exactly are you saying?
Do you realize that if your salvation is based on your confession of sin, you cannot be saved? Stop and think about it. Look at it again; if you think that you have to confess your sins to be saved, then you cannot be saved. Do you understand why? Jesus died on the Cross and rose ever before you were formed in your mother’s womb. He paid the price for your sin in advance and He never asked you to confess your sin to be saved; rather, the word of God says, ‘’ if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved’’ (Romans 10:9). Did you notice that there is nothing about sin in the scriptures? Do you know why? It is because God knows that you can never successfully confess all your sins.

God knows that the law could not save man, and that is why Jesus came (Romans 4:25). It is therefore an insult on the finished work at Calvary to think that there is anything you can do to be saved. You have no hand in your salvation. Your salvation is a free gift. Jesus paid the full price for you, so you are no longer under the law but under the grace (Romans 6:14)
Do you understand the implication of being under grace? It means you do all that you do; not because you want to make it to heaven but because you love Him. You give to show your love for Him; you tithe out of love, you win souls out of love and your daily life is driven by love and not sin. That is God’s plan and intention for man.

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO THE BLESSING-Amb Pat UNAJI

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO THE BLESSING

Key Statement: - Blessed be the Lord and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3) KJV.
Ever before you did right or wrong, God has already moved on your behalf. In Christ, God has already blessed us. It is not about you, it is because He has moved on your behalf on the cross of Calvary. That is why you are entitled to the blessing. It is not because you did right. It is because of Christ. So what is your assignment?
Say thank you Jesus. Thank you for what you have done in my life, I believe I receive. Thank you for my salvation. Thank you for delivering me. Thank you for healing me. Thank you for setting me free. That is your part. The fact that you have not yet seen the manifestation does not mean it has not been done. It has already been done!
The scripture says in Titus 2:11 – For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men. But, not all men received it. The question is not whether it has been done. It is whether you are receiving what has already been done for you in Christ. The death, burial, resurrection of Christ guarantees us complete and total victory; so all we have to do is believe and receive it.
No matter what you are passing through or the challenge you are faced with; thank Him, because He has already done it for you. Your victory is sure. So, thank Him for the answers, because they shall surely manifest. It’s already done.

WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDIES - GOD IS STILL AT WORK-AMB PAT UNAJI

 GOD IS STILL AT WORK

Key Statement: - And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth and to save your lives by a great deliverance. Genesis 45:7 KJV.

Often times, while we are fretting and sorrowing over circumstances of our lives, God is at work. The master craftsman is at work and He does not abandon any project until its completion. You are a project in the hands of the master craftsman! So, let God perfect your testimony. He is working it out in your life!

In the control tower at the Airports, the man in charge sees all the planes in operation on his screen. He knows their directions, but the pilot in each plane only sees his own direction. So when he tells a pilot to hold on, if the pilot does not understand the dynamics of flying, he will feel like landing; but, that will be a major risk because he can crash. The control tower knows which plane is about to land. Without his control, there will be fatal crashes. In the same way God knows exactly when it’s time for you to land, to get your breakthrough, your child or your husband or wife. God does not want you to crash land.

The blessing of the Lord maketh rich, it does not add sorrow with it. Why do you want to be blessed and not live to enjoy it? You will live to enjoy Gods’ blessings. God was at work in Joseph’s life in Egypt just like He is at work in your own situation right now.

When God perfected what He wanted, Joseph was revealed to his brothers. They were amazed! He now sent them back to tell his father that he was alive; and Jacob was revived when he heard that Joseph was alive. He wiped his tears and sat up. The God you serve is alive. He is not in the grave. Death could not hold Him. He died and rose up the third day. His name is Jesus. In Him we are victorious. In Him we have an assurance that all the promise will come to pass. For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us (2 Corinthians 1:20)

WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDIES: STOP LOOKING ALL AROUND; GOD IS ALL YOU NEED. Amb PAT UNAJI

WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDIES:STOP LOOKING ALL AROUND; GOD IS ALL YOU NEED.

 Amb PAT UNAJI

Key Statement: - ‘’ God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent, hath he said it, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19
KJV.

The church (All believers) must come back to the position of absolute trust in God. The greatest quest for any believer must be to know Him. When you know Him, you will know the resources available to you. When you know God, you will understand how you ought to function. When you know Him, you will know there is no limitation in God, because no situation can challenge His ability and power. He is never worried! He is never disturbed! He is never afraid! The bible declares that’’ He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh….’’ (Psalm 2:4). Even when the devil begins to rage, God is never confused. He is never intimidated. He is never stranded. He is God; All powerful.

God is not a man, He is God! Besides Him, there is no one else (Isaiah 44:6). I know not of any God and I will never know any other god. When He shut, no one opens, when He opens, no one can shut (Revelation 3:7). He can kill, He can make alive. He can make and He can unmake. He can build and He can destroy. He can wound and He can heal. He is the one that laid the foundation stone of the earth and said it should never be moved. He is the Monarch and controller of the universe.

When Moses asked Him for a name and He said to Moses, ‘’ I am bigger than a name, go and tell them that I am, that I am. Whatever is ‘’that’’ in your life, that is what I am. Whatever ‘’that’’ represents in your life, it can be a car, a building, a husband, divine health, I am ‘’that’’. It is a blank cheque. Receive your ‘’that’’ whatever it may be and you will see it manifest as long as you believe Him.

(MORNING DEVOTIONAL) ASKING QUESTIONS

Asking Questions

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.Psalm 19:14

Talking is the most fundamental art of marriage—and often the most ignored. How would you respond to this question: “Will you share with me one experience you had today and how it affected you?” How do you think your spouse would respond? Why not ask it and see! Sharing with each other is not that difficult, and it is encouraged by questions.

Questions need to be specific and open ended. “Did you have a good day?” is likely to elicit only a yes or a no. Instead, try, “What were the high and low points in your day and why?” It will take a little reflection, but you and your spouse can answer that question, and your answers may lead to more involved conversations. Questions should not be asked for the purpose of creating an argument, but so that you can understand what is going on in your spouse’s life.

Silence leads to isolation and separation. Sharing your thoughts leads to understanding and closeness. Marriage should involve two people having fellowship with each other, not two people living in the same house alone. As we talk, we can pray that our words and conversations would be pleasing to the Lord. Ask a question today, and stimulate meaningful conversation.

Father, I want the communication in our relationship to honor you. Please help us to reach out to each other by asking questions. I want to be genuinely involved in what’s going on in my spouse’s life. Show me how to encourage honest, meaningful conversation by what I ask.

ACTIVATE YOUR IMAGINATION-Amb.PAT UNAJI

BELIEVE AND RECEIVE YOUR MIRACLE Amb.PAT UNAJI

BELIEVE AND RECEIVE YOUR MIRACLE

Amb.PAT UNAJI

Key Statement: “As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He saith unto the ruler of the Synagogue; be not afraid, only believe”. Mark 5:36

The God we serve; is an awesome God! He is ever – loving and merciful Father. Full of compassion. The Bible says; He is not a High Priest that cannot be touched by the feelings of our infirmities. He knows what you are going through. Now consider; what Jesus said; fear not! In other words, don’t let what they have said bother or create fear in you. Don’t let what you are experiencing or passing through, create fear in you. Fear not! I only want you to believe. Only believe! Your believing will keep the miracle going. However; when you stop believing, you abort the miracle. Though it looks bleak, though, they may have come back to say that; it has failed, though the Doctors says; there is no hope; you should only believe! Jairus believed and his daughter was brought back to life. If you too will only believe, you will have things changed and turn around for you. ONLY BELIEVE!

Read through the scriptures, everywhere you turn, the Bible is laced with men and women, who simply believed and received their miracles. (Hebrew 11) it doesn’t matter what the enemies are planning against you, glory is your name.

In Luke 1:31, the Angel of the Lord came to Mary and gave her the word of God; “And behold; thou shalt conceive in the womb, and bring forth a Son, and shalt call his name Jesus”. At first, Mary response was that of surprise, “How can that be?”, but the angel told her, it was going to happen by the power of the Holy Ghost, “ For with God; nothing shall be impossible” Luke 1:37 KJV). In other words, no word of God is void of power. If God says it, it carries within it; the ability to produce results. Mary believed and said, “Be it unto me, according to thy word” Luke 1:38. She believed God, and gave birth to a baby in the manner beyond human ability and comprehension.

Child of God, get ready, you are going to spring a surprise. Rahab believed and her story changed. Your story will change. The story of your life in Christ will never end in shame. Just believe!
