YOUR STORY WILL END IN GLORY
Key
statement: For God who
commanded the light to shine out of darkness hath shine in our hearts, to give
the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. [2 Corinthians 4:6]
From our text you will notice God didn’t
command light to come out of light. Rather He commanded the light to come out
of darkness. What a strange thing to do. It means that in every darkness, there
is light. The fact that, it looks dark and obscure; does not mean, it is the
end of the story. When the devil has done his worse, then you see the beauty of
God.
God is never intimidated, He is never taken
aback. In the thick of the darkness is the time God prepares to show up. That
is where He flexes His muscle. He brings His supremacy to bear.
God dwells in the light which no one can
approach. He is God. He is light Himself and the scriptures says, He commands
light to come out of darkness. So, whatever the enemy has packaged concerning
you, God is saying; that is not the end. The final word belongs to God.
Whatever that has held you down, light is coming out of it. No matter the
complexity of your situation, solution is coming out of it. He commands light
to come out of darkness, because; He is God all by Himself.

He is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the beginning and the end. He is the first and the last. In Hebrew 5:7-9, when Jesus died, something new came out of His death. The new creation was born. Even in that dark, something new came forth. That is why the scriptures says in 1 Corinthians 2:8, that, if the prince of this world had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. This is whyyou should know that, your situation will not end in disappointment. It will not end in disgrace. Don’t even make plans for failure, because it will not end in failure. The devil (your enemy)does not have the final word over your life.
Because Jesus Christ rose from the dead, triumphant over death, hell and the grave –know also that your storywill end in glory, because God your helper, your redeemer, your master will show up.
